How To Make YouTube Video Thumbnail For Your YouTube Video

You can easily create YouTube video thumbnail by creating an image of it from VSDC free video editor and then upload that image file to your free canva account and then download it after finalization.

Here Are The Simple Steps, You need to follow:

1. After opening VSDC, right click on video, you selected on timeline.

2. Now, click "Cutting And Splitting".

3. Now, click "Export Image" at the right top.

4. Set the location where you want to export the image.

5. Choose image format (JPG Or PNG).

6. Now, click "Create Snapshot".

7. Now, open canva website on web browser.

8. Login to your free account.

9. Click "Custom Size" and choose size 1280 x 720 pixels or click "Social Media", then click "YouTube" and under YouTube, click "YouTube Thumbnail".

10. Now, click "Upload" at the left.

11. Upload the file by "Drag And Drop" or You can browse to image file location by clicking "Upload Files" at the top.

12. Now, Add Text by clicking "Text" at the left. You can choose your own font. You can change text size and color.

13. You can also do other things like add elements, add background color, etc.

14. Finally, download the image file by clicking "Share" at the right top and then click "Download", choose the png or jpg file format and again click "Download".
