How To Hide Likes And Comments On Facebook Posts / Who Can Like Or Comment On Your Public Profile Pictures And Other Profile Info?:

Click account in the top right of Your Facebook Profile.

Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.

Click Public Posts.

Click Edit next to Public Profile Info.

Select who you'd like to comment on and like your public profile information: Public, Friends and Friends of Friends

You may Choose "Friends" so that only friends can like your posts.
