Now, a dialogue box "Identity Confirmation In Process" is opened showing that your ID is usually reviewed within 48 hours during business and you will be informed through notification in your Facebook's main profile account. You can also update the information from "Identity Confirmation Settings". Finally, Click "Finish".

If you submitted document is accepted, then this problem will be solved, otherwise, you have to submit again as it may be rejected due to any reason such as the document is expired or the information written on the document is not clear, etc.
