Steps To Zip A Folder or File

1. Right click on a folder or a file which you want to zip

2. Choose “Send To” and select a Option “Compressed (Zipped) Folder”

Note: You can’t compress an empty folder.

Steps To Unzip A Folder or File

1. Right click on a folder or a file which you previously compressed or zipped

2. Click “Extract All”

3. Choose a Destination and folder to extract files. By default all files will be extracted in the destination where you right click on that folder (with its name also)
