Can You Change Facebook Videos / Reels Thumbnails After Published?

Currently, you can't do so from facebook home page and meta business suite. Previously, you can do it but now you can't do it. So, you need to upload facebook video or reel thumbnail during uploading otherwise later on, you would not be able to edit it from home of facebook page and meta business suite.

Facebook may be in future enable this feature, but presently, it is disabled.
