How To Block Someone On Facebook In 2022

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to block someone's Facebook Profile, seeing your posts, even you don't know it. You can also do it for friends but without unfriending them as it is not possible.

Your Friends or Someone you don't know won't be notified when you block their profile.

"Once you block someone, that person can no longer see things you post on your timeline, tag you, invite you to events or groups, start a conversation with you, or add you as a friend".

1. Go To Your Facebook Profile.

2.  Click On The Right Top Arrow Button of Profile and choose "Settings & Privacy".

3. Then click "Settings".

4. Go to Blocking Section And click on "Edit" right to the Block Users and click "Add to Blocked List".

5. Type the Name of someone you want to block and hit enter "Block".

How To Restrict Someone On Facebook In 2022

You can block your friends but not without unfriending them. However, you can restrict them to see your posts (which are not public), stories, posts you not tag with them etc., on Facebook. So, you restrict your friends without blocking them but can't block them without unfriending them.

"When you add someone's profile to your Restricted list, they won't see posts on Facebook that you share only to Friends. They may still see things you share to Public or on a mutual friend's timeline, and posts their profile is tagged in. Facebook doesn't notify your friends when you add them to your Restricted list".

1. Firstly, go To Your Facebook Profile or go to home page of Facebook.

2. Click On The Right Top Arrow Button of Your Facebook Profile and choose "Settings & Privacy".

3. Then choose "Settings".

4. Under Blocking Section And click on "Edit" right to the Restricted List and then click "Add to Restricted List"

5. Type the Name of Your Friends you want to restrict.

So, you can block anyone whether he is your friends or not. Also, you can restrict your friends to see your posts, profile picture, stories, photos, etc.
