How To Fix Google Chrome Tab Auto Refresh Problem (2022)

You can stop google chrome from auto refresh / reload tab easily. If you enter chrome://discards in chrome address bar and hit enter, then you need to click toggle of the particular tab it will turn from tick sign to cross sign. Now, chrome tab will not refresh automatically. However, on next restart of chrome web browser, you need to repeat the process again.

In this way, you can chrome auto refresh tab without extension.
